It's true that the govt policy on free SHS would not see the light of day if qualification into SHS is through the passing of the BECE.I'm of the view that,the pupils at JHS should write terminal exams at their various school ...

Free Education does not mean that there should be no standards and quality.And it is not true that only pupils from private schools are good to progress to the public SHS.I was part of the first batch of BECE in 1990 from Bepoase/Hwidiem JSS.With Grade 12, l went to Bodwesango SHS,From there to WESCO,from there to the UEW, I taught at KUHIS,became the Science and Env.Cord with the Ejisu municipal Education office until l left to the USA.pls know that the BECE helped me to be ready for the secondary education.It looks like you have no message as party.
