  Yes there must be a balance, our children cannot be used as a bargaining chip to lobby for funds. Much of these funds end up in the pockets of NGOs bosses anyway,while at the same time corrupting our kids with western lifestyle in the name of human rights and empowements. The social welfare department must stop taking bribes in registering them and let's have strong regulatory bodies and strengthen existing Institutions to monitor and evaluates activities.
