It will be huge for his term in office. 38. pls, DECENTRALIZE gh police. each region must have their own police chief. once a yr, the police chiefs meet to discuss issues, modernity etc and vote for chief of police/igp who reports to the defence minister/minister of interior/Gh president. 39.
