  The Agric sector which employs 70% of Ghana work force must be upgraded and properly commercialized into a highier earning sector.An example of an area we can upgrade very easily and affordably is meat production.With a single 30-50 thousand dollar Fencing Machine we can construct 50 Ranches in less than 7 days and all we will need are 5-6 ft post(like telephone pole)and thick steel curtain or barbed wire.The fencing machine can be installed in the bucket of any pickup truck or trailer and also used to install wire fences between the streets and pavements or vehicle guards for curvy roads.The Americans make the best Fencing machines but the Chinese and Brazilians also have some really good machines for affordable prices.With this modest machine on a trailer or pickup trucks we will be able to build inexpensive ranches in record time to hold the herd of cows roaming through towns and villages.
