  Mob action and instant justice result from the failure of our law enforcement agencies to protect the law abiding citizens.
  The police would demand a complainant to provide transport to the scene of an ongoing crime, or demand the complainant provide feeding for a suspect in police cells. The court would demand that a complainant deposits more than a defendant has paid to obtain lenient and favourable justice before the case can proceed at all. In fact the police would rather demand that a complainant puts down a fat deposit before the case would be filed, because they know that the courts would rather ask for the same huge deposit before the case would see the light of day!
  Until our police and courts turn round, mob action and instant justice will never cease from our shores. Period!!

  Hmm, sometimes we don't need to blame the police. Why? They are not expected to use their own money to rent a car to effect arrests. many police stations have only one police vehicle or none. So, the police will demand that complainants to provide transportation to effect an arrest. Our governments have not done well in that sector.

  Black, the whole issue is that even if the community is able to arrest a criminal, the police take bribe, judges take goats and yam and set criminals free. Until this change, there will be mob justice all the time.

  In hardly another country you'll find so many different church communities, so many self-proclaimed apostles and seers, so many charlatans. In most of these churches, something is preached, just not the message of God and the Bible. Superstition, voodoo rites and biblical quotations are here mixed to bizarre beliefs. There are the seers who make any dumb prophecies. There are self-proclaimed "angels" or "archbishops" who perform dubious miracles.
  
  The aim of these so-called priests is simple: they want to achieve maximum recognition, because that means maximum profit for them. And so these hypocritical apostles are a great danger to Ghana. They put the erroneous beliefs in the heads of men. In their boundless search for power and money, these "witchmasters" even instigate witch hunts or perform occult ceremonies.
  
  There are very few priests who really proclaim the good news and call upon their faithful to act humane.

These are the issues that our President must address for fairer judgement by judges and Police to arrest and detain thieves and not take take bribes as they often do.
