Claiming that it was used for "nationalistic purposes" is a very vague. We need clarity on that and we need the evidence.
For someone who rides on the mantra of "probity and accountability", the fact that he even accepted the money from a man who was known to be the most corrupt individual African leader within living memory means that Rawlings is corrupt to the marrow. As a nation, we need to get to the bottom of this.
