I have always been saying that the mere fact that a person speaks English fluently does not make them knowledgeable. This is the basic lesson I learnt from my Literary Appreciation class at the polytechnic. Mahama was simply not knowledgeable. I will advice him, if only he wants to contest as president again, to pick up basic courses in accounting and the sciences to sharpen his brain a bit.
