Every time it is the same reason for the issuance of new licenses and yet we keep repeating it. Why don't we wait for the National Identification to take place for the biometric data to be translated onto the Driver' License and all other documents like Voter ID, Health Insurance, Social Security etc, etc.? I'm only asking ooh.
