Am speechless cuz I thought of same and felt same. I kept asking myself when watching the video that his mother would break into pieces not being able to hold him and his wife too would feel same.

Men do love their children more than women do.Men go out there to work and take risks to fend for the wife and children.Men discipline the children to enable them grow up responsible adults.I for example raised my children alone after their mother ran away leaving them with me.I alone trained them even though their mother was here in Accra. The first is now a Medical Doctor and the Second is a software Engineer while the last is still in the university abroad.

Mama, we share your pain. Your son was a treasure to you alone but now he has become a national treasure. "I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many new kernels - a plentiful harvest of new lives" (John 12:24) - New Living Translation. You see, mama, your son, now our national treasure, was holding a gun but he never took a life. He was fulfilling God's plan by his death. If he had died as one fighting as a military officer that he was, it would have taken away from the glorious plan of God. Like his Master before him who could have called a thousand angels to stop the proceedings, he simply submitted to the strange but divine fate. Mama, we will mourn with you and console you. But before long, we will look up to the heavens and say, "Thank you God, may your holy will be always done." We will remember with you the beautiful Scripture that says : "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts" (Isaiah 55:9). Mama, please be consoled, you and the entire family: your husband and daughter in-law and the dear grandchildren. Through your "sacrificial" son God is taking away the plight of lynching that has engulfed Ghana for years. May we as Ghanaians pay attention to this divine call. Mama, your true consolation comes from God - and it has come already! Be strong and rejoice even knowing that what has happened is from the One who loves us who fear Him and love Him more than we can understand - "What has happened is from the Lord" (1Kings 12:24). We love you all, mama. Amen.

She has suddenly grown like an 85 year old woman even though she is not even 70. She is completely cut into pieces. But I pray that the good Lord will favor you and console you beyond your imagination. We are with you in spirit. It is well, Mum. Just hope in God
