What kind of success is this woman talking about? She had presided over the most corrupt judiciary since the creation of the country. She was the head of the judiciary for a long time and there was no improvement in the manner in which the courts operated. When judges were court on camera taking bribes, this woman said that those who have shown remorse would not be punished.
