  Easier said than done. I do not support instant justice or mob action of any form. But to ask citizens to arrest armed criminals is childish and foolish. The solution is is not that easy but obviously, some of them include educating citizens to make better use of their cellphones, better equipping security agencies with modern communication tools, shortenning the response time of first responders, collecting guns from AFRC, PNDC and NDC revolutionary remnants, keeping police on the move for security instead of checking "papers".
