Bawumia is right. How do you construct a dam in the rainy season in a poor country like Ghana without the technology so as not to endanger human life. Let me ask you this simple question: Will there be any outside construction in the DEATH VALLEY in the USA during July. Tell Mahama to build the dam in Bole. He could have given the contract to Ibrahim.

These are people who do not just think about themselves but for the whole country. I'm in China and lots of projects are suspended during weather like this. Please, remember that they didn't promise to build it for the first year. They have whole four years so lets rally behind them and pray for them. If they succeed. Ghana has succeeded. Lets stop these unnecessary propaganda and always analyze situations as it is. Will your parents or relatives build during rainy season. Even if they will do so, do you know the amount that will go inside. Give us a break.

Actuall many rice farmers can't even plough their fields as the ground has become wet for tractors.

If tractors can't easily operate these fields then it will be strange to attempt constructing dams with heavy equipment.
