Ndc has an ideology n recruits people who can help promote that ideology n these r de people whose activities led to de failure of mahama so why would u think that npp must keep them when they don't share in de political conviction n has no clue of how to implement npp policies. It's true governance is continous however strategies differ. So those who r just talking abt these issues better keep quiet.

The Public Services thrive on merit, not politics. It is dangerous to remove qualified, efficient and effective officials just because their appointments were done during the administration of previous regimes.

The Public Services thrive on merit, not politics. It is dangerous to remove qualified, efficient and effective officials just because their appointments were done during the administration of previous regimes.
The nation loses the skills and dedication of these officials which have been honed over long periods.
Those appointed in their stead are not necessarily better or of equal mettle. Professionalism is sacrificed and principles are abandoned as the politically appointed public servants kowtow to the whims and caprices of politicians.
I had wished that the incumbent President would not follow that path but it is equalisation all over again. However the NDC should stop the hypocrisy, knowing that they sent many heads of government agencies on leave, some for six years. Quite a number died despondent but a great number are living testimonies of broken spirits and wounded souls.
If we insist on this path our slide into darkness will be assured.

It's only when ndc is in power when leading men talk about all inclusive now so many workers are being sent home because they were employed by previous government this is not acceptable and the whole world is watching
