  Plastic need to be banned.it's the course of excessive flooding in Accra and beyond. Like in theurope Phillipines it's a crime to shop with plastic.

  EPA has said this over 20 years. Who gives the plastic companies license to operate? EPA fraudulently issue EPA license and dont take into consideration how those companies can monitor their productions?
