This admission by the PRO of the Ministry of Health is the highest act of irresponsibility by any organisation in the world. How on earth can you give an appointment letter to a CEO to take over from another CEO when the outgoing CEO has not been officially notified to to hand over? These irresponsible acts are becoming too many these days. No wonder there is chaos and confusion everywhere.

Dismissing of CEOs or re assignment of duty of the status quo are normally done by in coming Governments to re galvenize action into the institutions to bring productivity, not becauise of political status. It would be therefore unproductive if the outgoing CEO refuses to leave and use political propaganda as a weapon to cause mayheim in the ministry, Hospital,or Public corporation.NDC with their pomposity of late, have backed the CEOs they appointed during their term of offices to leave which is indeed in a very bad taste and stings of an infantile display of dishonoursty.

These so called bosses are in air conditioned offices, using landcruisers with free fuel, free drivers, free accommodation, free security, multiple allowances etc. And yet they are very incompetent. Shame on you.
