What are the names and positions of those involved in this disgraceful and criminals crimes. One thing about Ghana is if a high up person commits such a heinous crime all that he/she loses is his or her job.No prosecutions,no jail term or restitutions to the aggrieved from the guilty person as it is done in civilised countries.
