  I quite agree with you Paapidi, the Ghana Post lady at Tema is a liar. Ghana Post agents are corrupt,they are thieves. I always get discouraged when I go to the Accra Central post office for transactions.

  The trend is to go paperless. My Bank has notified me: they are saving money on writing letters, eliminating employment of typists,postage stamps,etc. It appears you have an uphill task doing what Teachers have not been able ...
