Why should a national identity card expire?
Am living in Europe and even the Europeans I'd expire.At times they give the 5 years.
What a corrupt government couldn't do in eight years after the process had already begun,a competent one does in one year. Anyway their preoccupation was to create loot and share so why care.
The printing of the cards should be decentralised to the District level. In addition, we need to watch corrupt staff who will extort money before releasing the cards. God help Ghana.
