  I believe development to a very large extent depends on the the mindset of the person whose community you want to change.If NPP really wants to bring development to Zongo people I will advice Nana Ado to Change the mindset of Zongo people b4.
  If they don't do that first, they will send seed fund there for development and the men will be using the money to marry additional wives and the women will be using it for what they call "yaayi"when they don't even have toilet in their houses.

  Think of the way areas like Dubai were able to transform their Zongo into a sort after place today. You can also do it.
