  If the tables were turned China would have deported the Ghanaians by now. How long does it take to deliberate on a case like this? In most productive courts it would take a day or two. These delays are what gives the opportun ...

  If the tables were turned China would have deported the Ghanaians by now. How long does it take to deliberate on a case like this? In most productive courts it would take a day or two. These delays are what gives the opportunity for corruption and bribery.
