  Is it because they are NDC members. They are even lucky they were allowed to carry some few coins and belongings. If it were the Germans they would not have been allowed to even carry a handkerchief because they entered that jurisdiction illegally. The Saudis would have even given them a heavy fine and if they fail to pay cut their limbs. You know America is a God-fearing country and so doing it with a human face.
