If it were the Germans they would not have been allowed to even carry a handkerchief because they entered that jurisdiction illegally. The Saudis would have even given them a heavy fine and if they fail to pay cut their limbs. You know America is a God-fearing country and so doing it with a human face. If you can identify vehicles to do what you just described, all you need to do is disallow their return entry to Ghana. It is a blatant abuse of privilege. The original idea behind this was to create convenience for short stays(one week or less). If drivers are using this privilege to avoid registration or for other undesirable activity, they should not be allowed
