Yet he refused under the pretext that it us a confidential document...REALLY...can't show it to parliament ?! Reps of the people!!!
Wonders would never end.
He should be compelled by the supreme court to deliver the documents to Ghanaians so we determine for ourselves if nothing went amiss & the transaction is above board NOT his word.
He was involved in similar transaction in the past ...

The Finance Minister instead of providing the issuance documents for scrutiny only went to lecture parliament about the process of bond issue. So people are not happy with the kind of answers he provided to Parliament.
