  The first PhD holder in Ghana Dr. Okoampa Ahoofe has been appointed as the Director of Floral Services at the castle with immediate effect. Unfortunately, he has blatantly rejected this offer saying he deserves a better appointment since his knowledge in English grammar does match the office he is supposed to occupy. He wants a ministerial appointment, like the Director of Big Grammar at the presidency. Watch out for more news.
