  I have no high expectation for this new Chief Justice elect. She has been appointed to do the president's bidding. She will do nothing than deliver political judgements to suit the appointing authority.

  The fact that some countries allow certain conduct does not mean we should follow suit, otherwise, we should allow homosexuality because most countries, particularly, the west, practice it.

  I am disappointed in this judge to be made a CJ in Modern Ghana.
  Information is power and social media is a world where people interact. Business create fb profiles just as a regular webpage of law firms. It is a forum to ensure people have access to legal counsel.
  Her argument about the dignity of the law is a selfish one: the law is thare to protect the people in need of justice.
  I am beginning to understand why Ghana is backward in science, technology and now law.

  Trying always to maintain the old order. Cant comment on cases even though judges profess to and are mandated to focus only on what goes on in their court; have to have a bottleneck in the production of lawyers by maintaining the Ghana Law School as the sole institution for training lawyers; can't advertise lawyer services because that is the way it has always been. Wake up it is 2017 and our leaders keep swimming against the tide

  To suggest that a lawyer can set up a website but can't connect the same to a social media page is demonstrative of a fundamental lack of understanding of the primary purpose of a website. Particularly when the rationale behind such a position is the flimsy argument that a law firm social media page is distasteful!
  
  A website is a digital marketing platform. Social media pages are tools that enhance the visibilty of websites!
