Even though the President has the constitutional mandate to make such an appointment, the party's members at the grassroots have the right to complain about any appointee they consider unknown to them. Pretending that the appointee received an overwhelming approval at the the district assembly level and therefore should be allowed to serve as MCE is neither here nor there. It is now obvious that Mac Manu did not do enough consultations at the party's grassroot level. I therefore strongly urge the President to revoke her appointment with immediate effect. Nana must act NOW to safe the party at Savelugu.
