Government should also be mindful of creating sustainability master plans such projects because the output will substantially boost our balance of trade in the area of export value.

  Having a wide variety helps the rice economy and could be exported as well as organic if no fertilizers are used.

  With the introduction of plastic rice to the market one should ask questions when varieties of rice is mentioned. I don't trust Chinese. They will plant a rice production industry in the north and package plastic rice and sell it to us. We need a working food and drugs board.
