The police should answer this?
So, if the gentleman says he only touched her chin then that could be true she the lady hasn't sustain any form of injuries.

If the gentleman was avoiding arrest,he would have flew the area knowing he has caused harm.
The cop should be dealt with mercilessly.had the gentleman died the police would have cooked a story to tell Ghanaians he was an armed robber.
Some of these Officers? have turned themselves to debt collectors for their friends by harassing people.
Was the tele part of the arrest order?
