  I am not surprised to hear this old same story every year. I presume it happened at Begoro, the District Capital of the North Fanteakwa. There are no town planning officers in the district and even if there is, they are just like toothless bull dogs.
  Corruption and negligence is the order of the day.
  Under the previous government, ndc, the DCE was interviewed on Adom FM and he said the district has acquired a loan for that project and that within 3wks it will be completed. Abass, the former DCE should be made to account for that money.
