  Instead of going to somebodys house to serve a writ to appear before the court can we allow PDF copy to sent to registered email address of lawyer and applicants. That way one can not be targeted. You can't know the other par ...

  Instead of going to somebodys house to serve a writ to appear before the court can we allow PDF copy to sent to registered email address of lawyer and applicants. That way one can not be targeted. You can't know the other parties abode. There is no form of interaction between parties
