Any high commissioner in Ghana must not necessarily be friends with our presidents to discharge their duties,working relationship should rather be the watch word,most of our diplomats do not get to meet presidents of the nations they represent except to work with the government agencies of those countries to better trade and other interest they may consider good for the mutual benefits.So Mr Jon Benjamin should not worry himself trying to play diplomacy here,the NDC as we all know has no respect for authorities once you point to them their mistakes,it doesn't matter who you re they ll release their attack dogs on you,the babies with sharp metal teeths who has no working experience but were appointed deputy ministers right after school think you became knowledgeable once you re named a minister and given a V8 plus a saloon car.Mr Jon Benjamin go back with your head high,you did your best by getting close to the ordinary man on social media to bring to bear all the lies we here about diplomats,at least you did not fail to react or refute lies anytime the NDC government tried to hide the truth or play their dirty tricks in politics,corruption was glorified under John Mahama with he himself engaging in it,he received a Ford bribe from a burkinabe contractor and also benefited from an aircraft deal he led Ghana into in Brazil to the extent that the former attorney general Mr Martin Amidu was tasked to investigate him by the late Atta Mills,an allegation he he's yet to deny.

So it is not only a shame but a lie if the running mouth ot motor child Jon Benjamin, an avid critic of the Mahama administration on policy matters remain silent on the events that have overtaken law and order on Ghana under the UK trained president of Ghana Nana Akufo-Addo administration says otherwise. Is there anything more dangerous to democratic values than civil rights violation that come at the hands of terror groups managed by the national government's majority party? He was acting in Ghana like a slave master and forgetting that, such days are no longer with us. Left to me alone, no Ghanaian will even go to their visa centre so the monies they have been duping Ghanaians all year round will STOP. They rob us in our own country through dubious visa fees, use part of the money to pay themselves, use some to buy drinks and when they are intoxicated, they start insulting us. God will surely surely punish "some" of them. There are others from the UK who are really really nice though,... but someone of the caliber of this outgoing HC is a complete apology to such high office by my estimation. If he is not happy with this statement, he can go home and drink the river Thames from London Bridge to Wandsworth or Waterloo. Better still, he can drink the Tyne upon Avon.
