Jerry John Rawlings has stated that greed among some party members led to their loss in the 2016 general elections. He claimed corruption increased to insane levels under John Mahama and accused them of departing from the values of probity and accountability which formed the basis under which the party was formed. According to him, it was mainly because of the corruption that the NDC lost power to the governing New Patriotic Party.

What is the logic in what this man is saying? If you know for a fact that somebody is corrupt, point it out. Corruption is a criminal offence which needs to be proved beyond reasonable doubt. Therefore you don't have any right to say that somebody is corrupt if you dont have the facts. Mere speculstion and perception is not acceptable. So Mr. Yamin be informed. If you don't have anything doing, go back to school and get yourself some education. You can start with Secondary school. After all it is going to be free from September. After that, you can go to any of the private universities and probably law school. This will sharpen your brain. It will also stop you from unnecessary illogical talk and unnecessary attention-seeking

Sir, I cannot agree to your piece. What is the duty of a boss? The corruption is heavily planted in the politicians and for that reason, they are unable to uproot it. They came to those positions through the back door and there is the beginning of everything. No one can exempt him / herself when it comes to corruption in Ghana but it is very disgusting to see the politicians practicing it. A treacherous thing that couldn't threaten a father cannot shake his son. It is the politicians who show civilians the way into corruption and must be punished seriously when caught in that practice, PERIOD.

Three contractors are bidding to fix a broken fence at the Flag Staff House in Accra. One from Bangladesh , another from India and the third, from China.

The Nigerian contractor takes out a tape measure and does some measuring, then works some figures with a pencil. "Well", he says, "I figure the job will run about $900. ($400 for materials, $400 for my team and $100 profit for me)".
The Chinese contractor also does some measuring and figuring, then says, "I can do this job for $700. ($300 for materials, $300 for my team and $100 profit for me)".
The Ghanaian contractor doesn't measure or figure, but leans over to the Flag Staff official and whispers, "$2,700."
The official, outraged says, "You didn't even measure like the other guys! How did you come up with such a high figure?"
The Ghanaian contractor whispers back, "$1000 for me, $1000 for you, and we hire the guy from China to fix the fence"

When did Joseph Yamin get to know this?they helped the system get more corrupt whiles they were in office,this re the very people questioning why government should sack the people they employ last minute after losing elections,if you were concerned about this I don't think you and your corrupt former Ndc leader John Mahama ll try to defend the sacking of people you had sign an employment ban with the IMF but decided to create a deliberate disaffection between your actions and the current government.This idiots must be watched carefully when they speak,they only speak English but ve no understanding of what they say,the Npp should make available the deal the NDC entered with the IMF regarding employment and make them justify why they broke that agreement at the time they lost elections?the former president must be expose for what he is,he's nothing but a political disaster.He would make a better president if he ever wins power but may God forbid,he lost his chance and trust,JDM is like a dead person pleading with God to let him return to the world to give all he has as charity and die after that,he's full of regrets now but it's over for him,he was so corrupt and so it shall remain,he wanted wealth and he has had it so he should go and enjoy and never die.
