Individuals in those dissenting constituencies must be careful and wise. They must be sure, they are not being pushed by some cleaver big shots within the area. When the government is pushed, there will be consequences that may not be palatable to the persons in the forefront of the rioting. Although, they may be doing the bidding of some cleaver hands in the community.
