  There is trouble brewing in the late Herbert Addo's family. This is very sad and painful.His 4 siblings and 5 children are locked in serious battle with the lady he married 3 months before his death. The family are unsettled about events that took place immediately before his demise. It is said that on his discharge from his hospital bed on the monday, very weak and disorientated he was driven to a solicitor to sign certain documents. On the thursday the said solicitor went to his residence and he signed further papers. He died the next day, Friday 24th. It is reported widely that he died at the 37 Military Hospital. No! He was already dead when he was brought there. There is a police report covering that. The wife later went ahead without consultation and rejected the state burial. The family are anguished. All they want is a fitting burial for their loved one. It is not about money or 'nsawa' as it has been said was the real reason for the rejection of the state burial. Very very sad. Rest in peace Herbert Kojo Obuobi Addo.
