  It's inconceivable he's been able to hold off repayment of the looted amount for so long. Meanwhile, he had invested most of the money and making more money off it.

  It is high time he was compelled to promptly pay every dime of it plus appropriately calculated interest. He is lucky to be even walking. He ought to have been in jail long time ago.
  
  But speaking of jail-time, we ought to understand how vulnerable our Judicial System is to the Cons of Woyome's caliber. The Courts are easily manipulated by his type; possibly, bought off, too.
