This minister is a big fool. he is just giving this excuse in other for him to bring GMO seedlings to Ghana.
Dr Akoto's message is inviting hands to produce seeds for our use, rather than importing. Ghanaian oh Ghanaian..... why?

Did his Ministry not know the capacity of our local seed production ? Very sad indeed.One can only hope ,that the planning for other big projects is done with more intelligence and consultations .
