  This Bugri Naabu is an idiot, we are in a democracy so any group can decide to have a meeting anywhere, anytime as long as their meeting is not to overthrow the government or to commit a felony (ie; armed robbery, fraud).

  This Bugri Naabu is an idiot, we are in a democracy so any group can decide to have a meeting anywhere, anytime as long as their meeting is not to overthrow the government or to commit a felony (ie; armed robbery, fraud).
  Nobody needs his permission to have a meeting, he must be a fool if he thinks he wields the power to tell people when and where to have a meeting because he is the chairman.
