NOBODY gets PROSECUTED for ANYTHING in Ghana except if they are insignificant. Even people known to have stolen Millions are walking free and you are going to prosecute for Data Breach?

Saying things that you can never do doesn't make you look good. I am not condoning any crime but there are equally more serious crimes in our society and these people are still walking free our streets.

why is the commission now taking action?it means state institutions have not been working for so many years. If they were really working, the number of defaulting institutions will not be that many.

A company is a *legal* person. It is the company, not the CEO, that fails to register therefore any action is against the company. Good luck throwing companies into prison. Hehehe :P
