At least veep Dr. Bawumia has said it and it took the NDC some six months to research for your prof. and team to emphasize you have a very weak intellectual base as a party.   I do not think even the committee will say they have captured every reason. It is clear that the report will have the most important concerns, since those will be weighted scientifically before being included.
  
  Could that be the arrogance floating about by party executives already?
  
  The way party leadership thinks, make me feel they are do not care and will not follow the recommendations.
  
  In fact thesee are tge same people who lost track of the grassroots?
  
  It will be up to the executive to study and break the report down into simple terms or bullets points to guide their execution or implementation.
  
  The value of the report is that, it will always be a reference point to strategies that need to be adopted.
  
  Instead of everyone going about all over the place pointing accusing fingers which is not healthy. There will exist a FOCUS for work.
  
  The pertulent response or comments given immediately by these three up the hierarchy including Kwesi Pratt was uncalled for.
  1. GS- Asiedu Nketia; "inconclusive"
  2. CC- Kofi Adams; "individual views"
  3. O- Koku Anyidoho; "put under lock and key"
  
  NB: Applying and looking for party Intellectual Scientific Intellectual base is most important ("crowding")
  
  My last point, putting actual copy of report under lock and key will be pardoned.
  
  But just as the 8 recommendations were given, there should not be the shying away of the actual points that caused the defeat.
  There are numerous and especially those captured in the report and as noted by no other persons but the grassroots should be made available abundantly in an abridged format to all party centres for executives and members; constituencies and districts. Even if possible for those who can or want to buy.
  
  On the above point though, this report reminds me of the NPP's book of which probably an individual Dr Arthur Kennedy benefited when he published his, "Chasing the elephant into the bush," after the 2008 elections. The party applied the lessons learned from this individual effort.
  As you all can see it took the NPP, eight years to recover.
  
  The actual work of the recommendations should be done and the matterms of two years so that by the rest of four years leading to the elections the party will be ready for actual campaign which should be a full year to elections.
  even on the quiet before the actual campaign season. The work must begin immediately.
