  It is not mandatory for Christians to embark on pilgrimage to Israel? If Muslims are doing it must Christians do it? We should know why Muslims embark on pilgrimage to Mecca every year. It is because Satan is right there in Mecca and so they have to be there to stone Satan who has infected Arabs with wickedness and barbarism. Do you also know why Muslims pray facing one particular direction? It is because Allah is a territorial god and not omnipresent as some want us to believe. So you see, Christians don't need to be in a Holy Land to worship Jesus because Jesus is omnipresent and omniscience.
  Look, let me ask Ghanaians one question; who is going to pay the $21.0M debt incurred by organizers of last year's Hajj. It is Ghana Government of course. Why are Muslims fond of using lies (Taqqiyya/Kitman) to defend Islam by saying that Ghana government only facilitates pilgrimage to Mecca. Another question is, who facilitates Muslim American pilgrims to Mecca even though they number about 12,000 every year? I know Muslims in Ghana cannot answer this last question because they are mischievous.

By so doing government becomes financial liable when calamities do occur during such ventures! Since when has Ghana become a wealthy nation enough to afford such luxuries!

  Here we are once again being publicly castrated by our so called religious leaders. I expected Muslims, Rastafarians, the fetish, and any other religious groups to object to this. Shockingly, it is the "religious leaders" (Christian Council etc)that objects to any goodie that comes to Christians in Ghana. I am not surprised at all. It was High Priests that called for the death of our Lord Christ Jesus... and a man's enemies shall be the members of his own household. If they claim we are all Ghanaians, and the government of the day wish to teach the Christians the reality of this assertion, should the
  "Christian council" insult the government for this? Putting religion aside, are we not entitled to receive support from our own government? Does government not donate and support the "Christian council"????? Have they ever REFUSED support from the government??? I am very disappointed and ashamed. We claim to be one people with religious tolerance, yet refuse government's effort to unite the religiously diverse citizens. I am really sad. A vise President allows a religious body to function at a presidential palace, and we all think it is unifying. Yet a chance to bring others on board is condemned by a "Christian religious leaders". This is very sad. VERY VERY SAD. Government is very much aware we need roads, hospitals etc, etc. This is also a good step in the right direction. You have no idea the impact this could make in the lives of Christians. CHRISTIANITY IS NOT FOR THE SUPER-RICH LEADERS who have always made the pilgrimage with the coins collected from many poor Christians. We all deserve a toffee from our dear governments.
