Nayele Ametefe's rights were violated when the government confiscated and gave away her property to charity. This is an unlawful act of the government which should make reasonable people angry. The government unlawfully seized her property without due process, because she wasn't convicted of any drug crime in the country. Her drug conviction was in Britain. She has every right to sue the government for the return of her confiscated property.
