  This not the first time a couple seasons ago this same strategy was employed when Hearts was preforming well at the venue. So I was expecting this bais move with Hearts 3rd ahead of their darling club Kotoko in the race's key ...

SHUT OFF THE ENTIRE STADIUM UNTIL COMPLETE RENOVATIONS ARE DONE. THESE CLUBS SHOULD GO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PLAY. CLUBS ARE PRIVATE BUSINESSES N MUST BE TREATED THAT WAY.
