  Massa do your research very well before you talk. Mexico could be a strategic partner in the Latin America enclave if the proper arrangements are put in place. Mexico is not as poor as the media has made you to believe. Their tourism sector, Agriculture, transportation and telecommunication sectors are better than most of the so called developed countries.

  It is a good idea however Ghana must have great skills to deal with Mexico with their criminal acts. They have lots of businessmen that are criminals in all sectors especially DRUGS.
