According to the committee, the NDC needs to take steps to crowd the party with critical thinkers in order to make the NDC a better party.

With the vigilance of Ghanaians and the EC,NDC couldn't stuff the boxes,so they think, that one million votes belongs to NDC members he didn't vote.
Even if the Ghanaian population is 27 million,which I don't believe,how can we have more 15million voters as registered,in a Country where the population of people under 18 are around 40% of the entire population?
This is just wishful thinking.
If Ghanaians stay alert at polling stations,like they did in the last elections,there is no way NDC can win elections in the future in this Country.
