Where in the Constitution is there a requirement for the Gov't in power to coOpt opposition members in their ministerial or cabinet set up? That is purely a matter of discretion and on the quality or recognised capabilities of the person in question as Kufuor did with his administration but no subsequent Govt seem to have found it expedient! What is prescribed by law is certainly different from what one may think is useful or helpful!
