Ever thought of how a Ghanaian could obtain a Senegalese passport in Senegal? Their system works perfectly. Not Ghana or Nigeria where it is a free for all system. A Nigerian will go to Ghana with loads of cash and gets sold expensive properties without any background check. How can the government explain the number of Nigeria-registered cars on our streets for ages with these guys renting and acquiring properties in the most juiciest places of Ghana? And how do the government even investigate the monies that they launder into Ghana freely? Is migration within Ecowas out of control?

He might have naturalised lawfully. Some Ghanaians also hold foreign passports so it wont be a crime if the passports were lawfully acquired. However he has no case for criminal behaviours

In french West Africa, even if you naturalize, it's very hard to have a passport. Their systems are made to use the serial numbers assigned to each person at birth; it is this number - unique to everyone - that will be used on every document for the individual starting from national IDs and voter registration to certificates/Diplomas and passports. Therefore, a naturalized person will have to have a special dossier created for him that is endorsed by a very high order and authority! In those countries, even citizens go through serious vetting to have a passport. In fact, there's corruption everywhere but the system I describe above is very seriously controlled.

If this guy naturalized how come he and his family used different names in their Ghanaian passports?
