  CAN'T THINK MADNESS.
  THE JUDGEMENT IS GIVEN.AND IT SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE EFFECT;NOT LATER.
  OR,FOR THE WISDOM TO PREVAIL IT SHOULD HAD WAITED AND GAVE JUDGEMENT IN 2018

  Anytime you listen to legal practitioners in Ghana, you wonder how they became lawyers/ judges.
  If something is unconstitutional then it's also illegal according our constitution, therefore it must be stopped and discontinued with immediate effect. THEY ARE ALL CORRUPT!

  Even is it's a month to reopening, this unsonstitutional method should be stopped and a constitutional means adopted from date of ruling.
  Do you have any idea how this illegal system of admission will affected the about 4,000 applicants? Money is paid for the so called entrance examination by each candidate only to be told they were not successful. After they have travelled from all over the country to Accra for this useless examination and another time for senseless interview - purposefully, to extort money from these candidates.
  The Ghana Legal Counsel knows that out of the over four thousand candidates only labout three to four hundred will be accepted ( less than 10%).
  So why don't they go ahead and selecte that number through whatever method the GLC deems appropriate and spare the remaining 90+% the pain of traveling and paying unconstitutional entrance examination and interview fees?
  WE KNOW WHY THE SUPREME COURT SAID IT SHOULD BE DONE THIS YEAR ALSO. ITS BUSINESS AS USUAL FOR ALL OF THEM - JUDGES,
  IF EACH CANDIDATES PAYS EVEN GHC50,
  SIMPLYMULTIPLY THAT BY 4,000 CANDIDATES. GHC 200,000. COOL TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND CEDIS TO BE SHARED AMONG THEMSELVES.
  So you see Nana, they are aware of what they are doing. They have all lost their conscience.
  Corrupt lawyers/judges!
  Corrupt lLegal system!!
  Corrupt Nation!!!

  Our supreme court is noted for giving half hazard rulings then turn around and ask the complainant to come back to court for additional information on the ruling. They want Mr. Asare to go back and pay additional filing fees to seek clarification from them on why the ruling should not take effect immediately.

  I am afraid the Supreme court is rushing to give rulings as if to disgrace someone. No wonder the confusing contradictions are emerging. It is dangerous!!
