They are making Ghana look like hell because they don't understand town planning. Without proper planning Ghana will forever look like 3rd world.

  This exercise should not be misconstrued as a witch-hunt. It must also, not end in dismissing who is found to have presented a fake certificate to gain employment. There should be punishment too, to serve as a deterrent.. Suspicion of some officers by the new head of the Local Government Service, may have stemmed from the fact of the officers behavior and output on the job. No one would dare present a false certificate in the Colonial Government administration. When such a misdeed is found out, a jail term was a sure bet. In the past, besides certificates, testimonials are required by employers, before engagement is made. It is most likely, persons so engaged would come with the right qualification and solid work attitude. There should be an opening for those who would want to make a clean break with their past. They may offer to resign their positions before they are found out. Such persons should be spared the rod.

  GHANA HAS RETROGRESSED SO BADLY IN EDUCATION, BECAUSE, SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES ARE BEING TAUGHT BY LECTURERS, TEACHERS AND INSTRUCTORS WITH FICTITIOUS UNIVERSITY DEGREES AND PHD TITLES.
  
  WHAT IS EVEN STRANGE IS,THESE FOLKS CANNOT EVEN EXPRESS THEMSELVES IN GOOD ENGLISH.
  
  HOW CAN THE NATION PROGRESS AND ADVANCE WITH FAKE DEGREE HOLDERS AND TO MEET THE NATION.
  
  UNLESS, THERE IS A COMPLETE CHECK ON ALL ACADEMIC QALFICATIONS, NEVER WILL THE NATION BE IN THE POSITION TO USE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION TO PROPEL AND ACCELERATE ECONOMIC GROWTH IN THE COUNTRY.
  
  WE WILL ONLY CONTINUE TO HAVE COCOA BEANS AND RAW MATERIALS EXPORT ECONOMÝ FOR THE NEXT HUNDRED YEARS.
