  There's a difference between begging for money and letting the business community aware of your focus and the business environment in your country. What Bawumia is doing is just selling Ghana to the business community especially during a time that people's interest in our economy dwindled and foreign direct investment reduced drastically(2016). He is not begging Chinese government to give us money but luring theChinese Exim Bank to invest in Ghana. I don't think we need loan or grant from them but they can be our investment partners.
