THIS INVESTIGATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT BEFORE INVITING THE AMBASSADOR TO PARLIAMENT. NOW THAT HE HAS REFUTED ANY CLAIMS OF MALTREATMENT IN PARLIAMENT OF WHAT USE IS THIS FURTHER INVESTIGATION?
